Car center Juta
Connecting and programming all the building systems into a single outline is a responsible and critical task that not only makes a building smarter, but also keeps it running. It is therefore not surprising that the automation of Juta multifunctional car center in was entrusted to Elteros projektai UAB.
The programming of the Juta building control system (BCS) brought together other work carried out on site: automation of heating, cooling and ventilation systems, process equipment, lighting and fire protection systems. Elteras projects also programmed the water, heat/cold and electricity metering system. As with other large projects, the major challenge was to integrate the many systems from different manufacturers into one harmoniously functioning facility. The system had to be flexible, intuitive and easy to operate, even for the inexperienced user, and it had to work as designed. However, this is far from the only distinctive feature of Utah. It is also original in that it uses controllers exclusively from Elteros projektai UAB and a dedicated building control system designed from scratch specifically for this project. In the automation control part, controllers and converters designed and manufactured by Elteros projektai UAB were used. They correspond to the level of foreign manufacturers and sometimes outperform them, such as: ELKO800, ELOG2, ERSB4.
